Monk Tower (FredyGames build) — licences

The game (maciekglowka/tower-rl, commit 83e1138) and its engine (maciekglowka/rogalik, commit 757321605b) are by Maciej Glowka and
are released under the MIT licence (texts below). The sprites, the bitmap font and the title picture of the game are the author's,
embedded in the program; the nine sound effects of the original repository carry no author statement, so this build does not
use them: they are replaced by sounds synthesised for this site (monk-tower/gen-sfx.py, released to the public domain under
CC0 1.0). Rust crates compiled into the program, with their licence texts, are listed at the end.
