Berta And Butterflies — licença =============================== Berta And Butterflies é um jogo homebrew para o Atari 2600 (um jogo novo, feito por um desenvolvedor independente, não um lançamento comercial), de vandalton, escrito em batari Basic e concluído em junho de 2024, durante a competição polonesa de programação 100 Commits. O jogo refaz a jogabilidade dos portáteis de LCD do começo dos anos 1980 com uma personagem do próprio autor (Berta, baseada num bichinho de pelúcia da esposa dele); os gráficos, a música do título e os efeitos sonoros estão no código-fonte do autor (software/atari2600-game/berta-and-butterflies.bas e a pasta sprites/), sob a licença MIT, que permite redistribuir, inclusive para uso comercial, mantendo o aviso de copyright. O jogo foi compilado com o batari Basic. A licença do batari Basic diz que o código assembly que ele inclui e gera (o kernel e as rotinas de execução, incluindo a fonte dos números "retroputer" usada no placar) é CC0 e que a ROM gerada pertence ao autor do jogo, que a licencia como quiser (texto abaixo).
