Corridor Runner — licença

Corridor Runner é um jogo homebrew para MSX (um jogo novo, feito por um desenvolvedor independente,
não um lançamento comercial), de Hitoshi Iwai (aburi6800), publicado com o nome ABURI GAMES. O README
do repositório diz "License: MIT License", e a versão em japonês (README.ja.md) detalha:
"MITライセンスとします。ソフトウェアは自由に扱って構いませんが、再頒布時に著作権表示とライセンス表示を
含めてください。" ("Fica sob a licença MIT. Pode-se usar o software livremente, mas ao redistribuí-lo
é preciso incluir o aviso de copyright e a licença."). Nenhum dos dois exclui gráficos, música ou
outra parte do jogo. Os arquivos psgdriver.asm e makemapdata.py trazem "licence:MIT Licence" e
"copyright-holders:Hitoshi Iwai(aburi6800)". O arquivo LICENSE, reproduzido abaixo como está no
commit 418c42f, foi posto pelo próprio autor no início do repositório e traz no aviso de copyright o
nome de h1romas4 (outro desenvolvedor de MSX que também publica sob MIT).

A tela de título mostra "©ABURI GAMES 2022 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.": é o aviso de copyright do autor,
e a licença MIT publicada por ele no mesmo repositório concede as permissões de uso, cópia,
modificação e distribuição, inclusive comercial.

O que este site serve: o arquivo dist/c-runner.rom do commit 418c42f
(418c42f0a2e216590cfd4a12d9801ef5bc7d89fc), idêntico ao do release v1.1.2
(https://github.com/aburi6800/msx-CorridorRunner/releases/tag/v1.1.2), sem alterações, rodando no
emulador blueMSX com o C-BIOS.

Créditos: segundo os créditos finais do jogo, programação, gráficos, personagens, som e música, design,
história e direção são de aburi6800. A música foi escrita no Lovely Composer (só a ferramenta). O jogo
é montado com o Z88DK, cuja licença (Clarified Artistic License) diz que o que é gerado com o pacote
pertence a quem o gerou e pode ser distribuído, inclusive comercialmente.
