Game Boy Chess — licença

Game Boy Chess é um jogo homebrew para o Game Boy (um jogo novo, feito por um desenvolvedor
independente, não um lançamento comercial), de Nick Craig-Wood, escrito em C com o GBDK-2020 em 2026
como uma das ROMs distribuídas com o emulador de Game Boy que ele inscreveu no IOCCC 29
(https://github.com/ncw/ioccc-gameboy). O jogo é software livre sob a licença MIT, reproduzida
abaixo a partir do arquivo LICENSE do repositório. Segundo o README, o motor, o livro de aberturas, os
gráficos (tiles.png) e a interface são do próprio autor; os efeitos sonoros estão no código do jogo
(sound.c): tudo sob a mesma licença.

O jogo foi compilado com as bibliotecas do GBDK-2020, que não exigem nenhum aviso na ROM compilada.

O que este site serve: a ROM gbchess.gb que o autor mantém no próprio repositório, no commit
3a486e1 (https://github.com/ncw/gbchess/tree/3a486e15969c8b41443a1c77be14a7c3bc5f4a85), sem
alterações, rodando no emulador binjgb.
