Hearthlight was made by "the Hearthlight authors" and is published at https://github.com/Hearthlight/hearthlight.github.io

Code: the LICENSE of the repository is the MIT licence (text below). The README ("How it's made" and "License") says the game
has no image or audio files at all: every sprite, texture, model, the pixel font, the music and the sound effects are generated
by code, and "MIT - do what you like with it (play it, change it, share it, sell it), keep the copyright notice". The files served
here confirm it: only HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Libraries: three.js and qrcode-generator, in vendor/, both MIT (their licence
files are served with the game, in vendor/three/LICENSE and vendor/qrcode/LICENSE, and reproduced below).

Changes made for this site (hearthlight-fredygames.patch is applied to the files of that commit; the repository has no other
changes): config.js empties every server address, so the page never talks to a server; Party Mode, the phone as controller and
the online backup were removed (they need the author's relay server); the links to GitHub and to Toplings (and the Toplings
emblem, which is not part of the game's code) and the link-preview metadata were removed; a content security policy was added.
