JezNES — licença

JezNES é um jogo homebrew para o NES (um jogo novo, feito por um desenvolvedor independente, não um lançamento
comercial), de Taylor Woll (boingoing), de 2023. O repositório (https://github.com/boingoing/jeznes) traz o
arquivo License.txt com a licença MIT ("Copyright (c) Taylor Woll"), reproduzida abaixo. O README só credita
ferramentas e bibliotecas: os tutoriais, o código e as bibliotecas de nesdoug (Doug Fraker), o NEXXT, as
bibliotecas FamiTone2 e neslib e os efeitos sonoros de exemplo de Shiru (todos de uso livre, o neslib e o
nesdoug trazem no cabeçalho do arquivo o aviso de uso livre/domínio público), e um desenho de controle de NES
do dimensions.com que aparece só nas imagens do README, não na ROM. A ROM leva embutidos os dados de uma música
de teste (TestMusic3, formato FamiTone2) que o jogo não toca; os efeitos sonoros são os do arquivo sfx.ftm.

O que este site serve: a ROM jeznes.nes do release v0.4.0-alpha
(https://github.com/boingoing/jeznes/releases/tag/v0.4.0-alpha), sem alterações, rodando no emulador jsnes.
É uma versão alfa, como o próprio release informa.
