Mr. Rescue — licence ==================== Mr. Rescue is an arcade firefighting game by Tangram Games (https://github.com/SimonLarsen/mrrescue, commit a5be73c, the last one of the repository), made with LÖVE. The game's source code is under the zlib licence; its graphics, music and text are under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/). Both allow redistribution and commercial use. The repository's LICENSE file (original text, complete) follows. What this site serves: the .love built by build-mr-rescue.sh from that commit, with two changes of ours, both published with the source: (1) love.run in main.lua, which was a "while true" loop that never gives control back (a browser tab freezes on it), now returns the per-frame function that LÖVE 11 expects, with the same logic (browser-main-loop.patch); (2) the original TSerial.lua (a 45-line table serializer by Taehl that carries no licence text; the game's LICENSE says it "is not covered") is replaced by tserial.lua, a new independent implementation with the same interface, which we release under the zlib licence. Everything else, assets included, is unchanged. The tarball of the commit, the patch, the new file and the build script are hosted alongside the game.
