Neverball — licença

O Neverball é software livre sob a GNU General Public License versão 2 ou posterior, incluindo as
fases oficiais. O texto abaixo é o LICENSE.md do código-fonte oficial; a GPL completa está em
doc/legal/ dentro do mesmo código-fonte.

O que este site serve: a build web oficial (Emscripten + gl4es) do Neverball 1.6.0, do mesmo
artefato que o projeto publica em play.neverball.org, e um espelho dos sete conjuntos de fases
oficiais (Easy, Medium, Hard, Tour de force, Retour de force, Nevermania e Tones), conferidos byte a
byte contra o código-fonte. Fases da comunidade e bolas extras não são servidas.

Versão modificada: o endereço de onde o jogo baixa pacotes de fases foi trocado no neverball.wasm
para a própria pasta do jogo, para nunca buscar conteúdo em servidores de terceiros. A mudança está
descrita em neverball-package-url.patch, publicado junto do código-fonte. Nenhuma outra alteração
foi feita.

Código-fonte: o neverball-source.zip do mesmo artefato (commit
84d4264992fd9b469510f5268cd662ce9d5022b5), hospedado junto do jogo, sem a pasta
data/ball/octocat/. O design do Octocat é usado pelo projeto com permissão do GitHub, que não se
estende a terceiros; a bola nem faz parte da build web.

# Licensing and exceptions

Neverball is released under the terms of the GNU General Public
License version 2 or a later version (at your option). The full text
of GPLv2 is included in `doc/legal/`.

* Neverball uses a number of external libraries. Certain features that
can be enabled at compile time require additional libraries. Binary
versions of these libraries are sometimes distributed with
Neverball. Licensing information for these libraries is included in
`doc/legal/`.
* Neverball includes a number of third party fonts. The DejaVu font
(`data/ttf/DejaVuSans-Bold.ttf`) license is included in
`doc/legal/`. The WenQuanYi Micro Hei font
(`data/ttf/wqy-microhei.ttc`) is dual licensed under Apache 2.0 or
GPLv3. The full text of GPLv3 is included in `doc/legal/`.
* The Octocat ball `data/ball/octocat/` uses the Octocat design with
permission from Github dated 2013-11-12. Wording of approval is in
`doc/legal`.
* The source file `share/fs_jpg.c` is based on `jdatasrc.c` from the
libjpeg project.
* The source files `share/miniz.[ch]` are included verbatim from the
miniz project (https://github.com/richgel999/miniz) and are licensed
under the MIT license. See `doc/legal/license-miniz.txt`.
* Easings in the file `share/ease.c` are licensed under GPLv3.
