NOBORUNOCA — licença

NOBORUNOCA é um jogo homebrew para MSX (um jogo novo, feito por um desenvolvedor independente, não
um lançamento comercial), de Hiromasa Tanaka (h1romas4). O README do repositório diz "MIT License" e
"This project includes all source code and resources."; os arquivos de código, gráficos e música
(src/c/, src/resources/) trazem o cabeçalho "SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT" com copyright de Hiromasa
Tanaka. O texto da licença, reproduzido abaixo, é o do arquivo LICENSE do repositório na tag v1.0.2
(commit a1c4860).

O que este site serve: o arquivo noborunoca.rom do release v1.0.2
(https://github.com/h1romas4/noborunoca/releases/tag/v1.0.2), sem alterações, rodando no emulador
blueMSX com o C-BIOS.

Partes de terceiros: o driver de som PSG (src/asm/psgdriver.asm) é de Hitoshi Iwai (aburi6800),
declarado no próprio arquivo como "licence:MIT Licence". A música foi composta pelo autor no Lovely
Composer (só a ferramenta; os arquivos do projeto estão em resources/lcdata/). O jogo é compilado com o
Z88DK, cuja biblioteca é distribuída sob a Clarified Artistic License, que diz que o que é gerado com
o pacote pertence a quem o gerou e pode ser distribuído, inclusive comercialmente.
