Opensara - licence

Opensara is a platformer and shoot-em-up by devnewton ("Dave Newton"), published at
https://codeberg.org/devnewton/opensara (earlier at https://gitlab.com/devnewton/opensara; the two have the same files).
Checked at commit 14cc1c4298e8bff0bc104bd34737bf956a0cce0f (2023-06-02; the GitLab mirror, commit b7c7d0b of
2024-11-15, has the same tree with only the README changed to a "MOVED" notice).

The README of the repository says, in original text:

Changes in the version served here: the service worker is not registered, and the README images, the editor
