Putt Till You Die é um jogo de minigolfe de Cliff Earl (Antix Development), feito para a js13kGames 2022
(tema "Death"). O repositório do autor no GitHub (https://github.com/js13kGames/putt-till-you-die, commit
0ca3bfc) traz a licença MIT em LICENSE, reproduzida abaixo, com o aviso "Copyright 2022 Cliff Earl, Antix
Development"; o mesmo texto abre o código-fonte do jogo (src/game.js). O README diz que a imagem das
partículas foi feita pelo autor no GIMP e que o resto da imagem é gerado pelo código; as fontes são as do
sistema. O jogo não faz requisições a outros sites.

Os efeitos sonoros vêm de um tocador do autor, "uma versão muito modificada do zzfx.js" (ZzFX v1.1.6, Frank
Force), com o aviso de licença MIT do ZzFX no próprio código-fonte; está reproduzido abaixo.
