Toko — licença

Toko é um jogo homebrew para o Game Boy (um jogo novo, feito por um desenvolvedor independente, não
um lançamento comercial), de demekala (sabaKopala no GitHub), feito para a Game Boy Competition 2023
e publicado sob a licença MIT. O repositório do autor traz o código, a arte, as músicas e a ROM
compilada, todos cobertos pelo LICENSE abaixo; não há material de terceiros creditado.

O que este site serve: a ROM Toko.gb do repositório do autor no commit fb0e44d
(https://github.com/kopalaGitHub/tokoGame), sem alterações, rodando no emulador binjgb. É o mesmo
arquivo, byte a byte, que o autor distribui como TOKO_jam.gb na página do jogo no itch.io
(https://demekala.itch.io/toko); o Homebrew Hub (https://hh.gbdev.io) registra os dois endereços para
o mesmo jogo.

O tocador de música é o hUGEDriver (https://github.com/SuperDisk/hUGEDriver), de SuperDisk e
colaboradores, dedicado ao domínio público (seção "License" do README, reproduzida abaixo).

O jogo foi compilado com o GBDK-2020. As bibliotecas do GBDK-2020 ligadas à ROM estão sob a GPLv2 com
exceção de ligação (linking exception), que não estende a GPL ao jogo; o próprio GBDK-2020 diz que a
ROM compilada não precisa trazer nenhum aviso de licença, mas o crédito é apreciado
(https://github.com/gbdk-2020/gbdk-2020).
