Undefended - licence ==================== A 3D tower defence by Rob Parrett (rparrett on GitHub, euclidean-whale on itch.io), made for Bevy Jam #3 in Rust with the Bevy engine. Source: https://github.com/rparrett/undefended, checked at commit 81884fbe86f49715d7506122f995751de0383b2d. Code and assets. The repository's LICENSE file says (original text): UNDEFENDED is dual-licensed under either * MIT License (docs/LICENSE-MIT or ) * Apache License, Version 2.0 (docs/LICENSE-APACHE or ) at your option. The docs/ folder it points to is not in the repository, so the standard texts of the two licences are reproduced in undefended-licenses.txt next to the build (the MIT text is also below). The repository's README says, in its Acknowledgements (original text): `Orbitron-Medium.ttf` is licensed under the SIL Open Font License. PromptFont by Yukari "Shinmera" Hafner, available at . All other assets are original creations by me for this project. So the models, the sounds, the music and the pictures are the author's own and fall under the licence above. The two fonts are third-party: Orbitron (Copyright 2018 The Orbitron Project Authors, https://github.com/theleagueof/orbitron) and PromptFont (Copyright 2018-2023 Yukari Hafner, Copyright 2011-2016 Severin Meyer), both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (text in undefended-licenses.txt). Changes: none to the game. The page that hosts it (index.html and start.js, made from the templates published next to the build) is ours: it starts the game on a click, scales the canvas to the window and blocks any request outside the site. One Rust library compiled into the game, dyn-eq, is under the Mozilla Public License 2.0: its source is published next to the build. The licences of all the Rust libraries compiled into the WebAssembly module are in undefended-licenses.txt. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MIT License (the standard text, with the author as the copyright holder) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Copyright (c) Rob Parrett Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions: The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
