About the game
All Fives is a popular way of playing dominoes that adds arithmetic to the usual matching. Each player draws seven tiles, called bones, and takes turns adding one to the layout, matching the number of pips on an open end. After every play the pips on all the open ends are added up, and if the total is a multiple of five, the player scores it. Empty your hand first and you also score the pips left in your opponent's hand, rounded to the nearest five. The first to 100 points wins.
The first double played becomes the spinner. Once both of its sides are covered, bones can also be added above and below it, so the layout grows into a cross with four open ends and more ways to make fives. If you can't play, you draw from the boneyard; when that is empty too, you pass.
A long chain of dominoes would never fit on a 128-pixel screen, so this version shows only the bones that matter, the ones at the open ends, and piles the rest face up at the side, where you can still see what has been played.
Playing it here
This is a homebrew game made for the Arduboy, the open, credit-card-sized handheld with a tiny black-and-white screen: a new game by independent developers, not a commercial release. It runs here in Ardens, an Arduboy emulator. Click Play now, press Z, choose one or two players with Up and Down, and type a name with the arrows (Up and Down change the letter, Left and Right move along it) before pressing Z again. On the title screen, X shows the table of winners.
The table of winners is kept in the emulated memory of the Arduboy, which is stored in this browser automatically. F2 saves the full state of the emulator at any moment and F4 brings it back. A gamepad works too.

A few things worth knowing
Doubles count twice. A double laid at an open end counts both of its halves, so a double five can turn an awkward total into a scoring one.
Look before you draw. You may draw even when you could play, but every bone you take is a bone your opponent can count against you at the end.
Starters that score. Opening with 5:5, 6:4, 5:0, 4:1 or 3:2 puts points on the board straight away.
