About the game
Draft Line is a pseudo-3D racer in the style of early arcade cabinets, with a twist: the cars ahead of you are a resource. Drive right behind a rival to enter its slipstream. The gauge along the top of the screen charges slowly in the shallow tow and much faster on the rival's bumper, and it drains once you leave the tow completely. When it is charged, fire a slingshot and surge through the pack.
Your goal is to reach all eight gates before the clock runs out. Each of the first seven turns the time you have left into score and gives you a fresh allowance for the next leg, so spare seconds never carry over. Passes only score during a slingshot, and chaining several overtakes in one boost pays extra. Later legs bring denser traffic and sharper roads, and from the second leg there is a marked hairpin that cannot be taken flat out.
Every run generates a new course, and the high-score table asks for your initials.

A few things worth knowing
Stay in the tow. The bumper of a rival charges the gauge fastest, but the shallow tow only fills it to 80%.
Brake for the hairpin. The warning sign tells you when; the shoulder and collisions at speed cost time.
Boost only to pass. Passes score only during a slingshot, so save the charge for a gap in traffic.
Questions
Does it work on a phone? It is built for the keyboard; touch controls are not provided.
Is the course the same every time? No, each run generates a new one.
