About the game

A ball bounces around a glowing pinball table. Bricks keep sliding down from the top, in rows of cyan with the odd red one, and your job is to knock them out before they reach the bottom. The table has two flippers, one on each side, but you do not control them one by one: every tap swaps them, so the left one goes up while the right one goes down, and the other way round next time. Time the tap to the ball and it jumps off the raised flipper.

Hitting bricks scores, and the points per brick grow the longer the ball keeps hitting without touching a flipper, so a long bouncing run through the pack is worth far more than a lot of single hits. Red bricks are special: break one and it lets another ball out, and more balls mean more points per brick as well as more to keep up.

There is a catch. Every tap also pushes the bricks down faster, and with several balls in play each tap pushes more. Tapping all the time makes the bricks race to the bottom. The run is over when a brick reaches the flippers or when the last ball falls out of the table. is one of the one-button mini-games that Kenta Cho, who works as ABA Games, makes with his crisp-game-lib library. There are no image or sound files: the graphics are drawn by the code, and the sound effects and music are generated while you play. The neon look comes from the pixi.js graphics library that comes with the game.

A few things worth knowing

Tap with a purpose. A tap that does not hit the ball still pushes the bricks down, so it is better to wait for the ball to arrive.

Go for the red. The extra balls are the best source of points, but keep an eye on how many you can follow.

Let the ball run. Bricks hit in a row are worth more each time, and the count starts over when a flipper touches the ball.
