About the game
Nine tiny people stand on the ground at the left side of the screen while a huge barrel rolls in from the right. Everyone who is on the ground is shoved ahead of the barrel towards the left edge, and anyone the barrel touches is lost. A tap makes every person on the ground, and every person standing on another, jump.
When one person lands on another's head, they stay there, and the one on top can jump again as soon as the one below has jumped. People stack up into little towers this way, and a tower can get high enough to clear a large barrel. The barrels differ in size, with big ones that are slow and small ones that are quick, and part of the skill is judging when to jump, and when to hold off so the stack has formed.
Every time a barrel gets all the way past, you score one point for each person left, and a new group comes in to bring the number back up to nine. People who bounce out of the playing area are replaced too. When nobody is left, the game is over.
Survivor is one of the mini-games that Kenta Cho, who works as ABA Games, makes with his crisp-game-lib library. There are no image or sound files: the graphics are drawn by the code, and the sound effects and music are generated while you play.

A few things worth knowing
Get stacked. A bunch of people who have landed on each other can all jump again, one after another, so do not jump the minute they land.
Size up the barrel. Small barrels are fast and low, and a plain jump is enough. Big ones need people at their highest.
Every person counts. The score is the number left when the barrel passes, so saving one more person is worth a point.
